TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Deposit

A reservation deposit totaling 50% of the rental charge is required to secure all reservations. For reservations placed between January 1st and April 1st, the deposit is due within two weeks of the reservation being made. Deposits for reservations made after April 1st are due at the time the reservation is made. Reservations for bookings in the following year require a $100 deposit when the reservation is made. The balance of the required 50% deposit is due no later than January 31st of the year in which the reservation is scheduled to take place. Failure to pay the required deposit as set forth above will result in the reservation being cancelled and forfeit of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits are non-refundable. The deposit for a cancelled reservation may, however, be applied to another reservation within a twelve month period provided DSLR receives notification of the cancellation 14 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date. The entire deposit is forfeited if a new reservation is not made within twelve months. The entire deposit is also forfeited if the reservation is cancelled 13 or fewer days prior to the scheduled check in date and DSLR is unable to rent the unit to another party during the same time period, for the entire duration of the cancelled reservation. DSLR also reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice.  Please take notice that as DSLR considers the future re-development and construction of the resort, DSLR maintains the right to cancel any reservations at any time.
