 This is a family owned resort. Less than 2 hours
North of the Twin Cities and 1 hour South of Duluth. We are located west
of I-35 between the Moose Lake and Sturgeon Lake exits on Highway 61. We
have redone several units inside and out with new vinyl log style siding outside
and new carpet and vinyl flooring inside. We are now open for deer season,
and have units available for snowmobilers.
All units are set up for housekeeping with microwaves, dishes, pots and pans,
linens and bath towels. Everything but a radio and television. Two units
have cable. All units are
equipped with bathrooms and showers.
Guests have use of paddle boats and canoes. Our pontoons are available for rent
for $119.00 to $149.00 per day. Boats and motors are available from $48.00 to $65.00 per day.
Gas is extra. Hourly rates are available on request. Prices do not include tax.

Lakeside
is a 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, futon in living room, full bath and has cable.
Sleeps up to 4 persons. (Modern unit on lake)
Unit 3
is a two bunk beds and a futon in the living room/kitchen area. Up to
4 persons. Kitchen area and full
bathroom. (Log exterior/ Knotty pine interior/ all new!)
Unit 5
is a Two bedroom cabin and sleeps up to 4 persons. Kitchen area, and bathroom. (Real log
cabin!)
Unit 6is
a 2 bedroom unit with 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, kitchen area, and bathroom
It sleeps up to 4 persons.

Unit 10
is a Two bedroom cabin and sleeps up to 4 persons. Kitchen and bathroom.
(Unit on lake!)
Virginia Lodge
is a spacious unit with 3 queen beds, kitchen, and bathroom. It has cable
and sleeps up to 6 persons. (Unit on lake!)
Across the street is the Willard Munger State paved bike/snowmobile trail and
an unpaved road, great for ATV's. There are several golf courses,
restaurants, and a bowling alley nearby. There are several rivers nearby
to kayak and canoe in. We also keep a current listing of events.

A 50% deposit is required for each unit. The deposit must be
received within 10 days in order to hold the reservation. A 60 day
cancellation policy applies. If filled 8-14 days prior to your check in
date a $20 processing fee will apply and the balance will be refunded. If
filled 7 days or less before your check in date 1/2 of your deposit will be
refunded. If we can not fill your reservation you will be responsible for
the full amount.
There is a charge for extra persons, pets and tents, when permitted.
Pets are $10 per day or $50 per week. Visitors here to see you for the day
will be charged $5, their check out time is 9 pm. Any overnight guests
that go over the maximum amount stated per cabin will be $15 per night.
All visitors must stop at the office to check in.
Advance permission is required for all pets & extra persons!
Minimum stay requirements apply is some situations. All units are
rented Saturday (Check in after 3:00 pm) to Saturday (check out before 10:00 am,
or portion thereof) for weekly rentals. Daily or weekend rentals are also
welcome with the same check in and check out times as noted.
